NORTHLEACH, 03 MAY 2023 – The Town Council is pleased to advise residents that the damaged bus shelter on East End is due to be mended next week.
Funding to repair the bus shelter was agreed at the Town Council meeting on Wednesday 20 April. Bristol-based firm P40 Ltd has been appointed to repair and reinstall the wooden bus shelter, which had been tipped over onto the pavement in late March. The bus shelter by the Fire Station will also be renovated and given new anchors.
Gloucestershire County Council has kindly agreed to share the cost of the repairs to the two bus shelters. We would like to extend our thanks to the Transport Infrastructure Officer for his help and support.
