Grants available for local organisations
Grants are currently available through the Town Council’s community grant scheme, with the aim of benefiting worthy community, voluntary and charitable organisations who are active in the local area.
These grants offer local groups and organisations a chance to easily access much needed funding to make the parish an even better place to live and work.
Organisations that work with communities in the parish are able to apply for a grant from the Town Council to help fund new projects, equipment, events or training.
To be eligible for funding, applicants must meet the criteria set out on the application form. For example, evidence must be shown that the service the applicant provides is needed by the community and that it has community support. The full list of requirements can be found in the scheme terms and conditions.
If you think that your organisation could benefit from a Town Council grant, please contact email@example.com.
The budget for the award of grants and donations to local organisations is currently £2,000 for the financial year ending 31 March 2022. In exceptional circumstances, larger awards could be considered, but this would require forward planning to write the amount into the council’s annual budget.
Enquiries and applications should be made to the Clerk on the application form below.
Please read the grant criteria, and terms and conditions before completing the application form.
To avoid delay please obtain the support of at least one of your Town Councillors before submitting your application.
