Memorial Application Forms
Permission is required to install, maintain, or alter any memorial in Northleach Cemetery. All repairs must be undertaken by a competent and insured memorial mason and meet current standards. Please contact us before arranging any repairs.
The council undertakes period safety inspections of the memorials in the cemetery. The last inspection was carried out in January 2022 and a number of unstable memorials were identified. If you are the owner of one of the affected memorials then please contact us. A list of memorials affected has been published on the cemetery noticeboards and this website. If you have already contacted us, you can use Form R above to apply to repair a memorial.
The churchyard surrounding the Church of St Peter and St Paul is a closed burial ground. There are records of graves in the churchyard available on the church website www.northleachbenefice.org.
