Northleach with Eastington Town Council is registered as a data controller under the Data Protection Act (ICO Registration ZA329331) as we collect and process personal information about you.

  • To process financial transactions including grants, payments and benefits involving the Council or when we are acting on behalf of other government bodies e.g. HMRC or the Charities Commission.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online or otherwise.
