NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made a Variation Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 of Part I and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will vary the
Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 (the 2017 Order) by introducing the restrictions on the roads detailed in The Schedule below in the Town of Northleach, Gloucestershire.
The restrictions set out in the Schedule reflect an administrative exercise to ensure that the restrictions, as marked on street, match up with the legal order. There will be no physical changes to the existing restrictions as marked on street.
Due to an anomaly on the legal order for these waiting restrictions, a new TRO has been proposed as an administrative exercise to rectify this. Please see documents below. The decision has been made to make the TRO and it will become effective on 6 April 2023.
