Information and advice is moving really fast and there are a number of updates that have been made locally in Northleach this week in light of COVID-19. These changes have been implemented to try and assist with social distancing and based on guidance issued by the Government and local agencies.
Inline with Government and medical advice on social distancing, Northleach with Eastington Town Council have suspended all meetings. We are awaiting guidance on how to manage our business going forward which may involve virtual / remote meetings. We are still very much open with all employees and councillors working remotely. The Westwoods Centre is closed until further notice. If you have a query about an existing booking please call 01451 861499 and leave a message or preferably email westwoods@northleach.gov.uk
The Westwoods Foodbank is inaccessible. Please take donations to the Church and the Cotswold Fosseway Lions will continue their regular collections from there.
Both the Sports Pavilion (changing rooms and tea room) and the Northleach Pavilion (The Club) have closed for the foreseeable future.
The Market Place toilet block has been closed.
The Wednesday Charter Market is still expected to run and will be asking customers to observe social distancing and safe practises.
The two play areas and the zip wire are closed with immediate effect.
The playing field and water meadows will remain open.
