These competitions are organised by Northleach with Eastington Town Council of Bassett Road, Northleach, GL54 3QJ (“the Council”).
The competitions are free to enter and no purchase is necessary. By entering, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competitions are open to all residents of the parish and their guests except those directly associated with administration of the competition and their families.
Where the competition is open to entrants under 18, they must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.

The Council will notify the winners within 7 days of being chosen using the contact details supplied with the entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the prize will be forfeit and the Council will be entitled to select another winner.
The prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash or credit alternative is offered.
Insofar as permitted by law, the Council will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any disappointment or distress, loss, damage, or personal injury, occurring as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
The decision of the Council regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Council will only process your personal information for the purposes of this competition. The winners may be asked to take part in post-competition publicity.
The Council reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
