Giving people more control of care
People in Gloucestershire who receive adult social care are being given more choice in a push to transform traditional social care.
Those people coming into the system for the first time who are aged over 65 are being given personal budgets from April 2010 – part of the first wave of changes under the national program, Putting People First, which will be introduced as Your Circle here in Gloucestershire. read more……
