Friends of Northleach Swimming Pool operate the open air swimming pool at Northleach Primary School, which is extensively used by the school in the summer term, and is open to the wider community in the holidays. 

We are a non-profit organisation run by volunteers, and we could always use a bit more help. Could you lend a hand with pool maintenance, lifeguarding, or our fundraising activities? If so please contact us.

After many years of playing Sunday friendly cricket, Northleach Town CC took the decision to enter the Cotswold District Cricket Association Saturday League in 2001, and to establish a second side – aimed at maintaining the more sociable element of the club. With a mix of youth and experience, and some new blood being introduced along the way, the club has grown into a major cricket force within the local area, culminating in a top 3 finish in Division 1 in 2005 after gaining promotion to the top flight the year before.

We have two seniour teams in the Cheltenham league. The First Team are in Div 2 and the Reserves in Div 6 New players are welcomed.

"Northleach Woollies is the town's much-loved grass roots football club. With around 40 girls and boys from the town joining in, the club runs a fun "football school" for younger and less experienced players, as well as a programme of friendly matches for an U7 team and a Cotswold Youth League campaign for the U9s.

It continues to go from strength to strength and welcomes all budding new players between the ages of 5 and 8. We welcome support from all local businesses in helping us fund and grow the club for the town's youngsters".

The two all-weather courts are situated by the playground on King George V playing fields and are available at all times to members.

Newcomers very welcome. The club meets 6:30pm on Tuesday evenings throughout the summer (April to end of Sept), some Thursday evenings and throughout the year we meet every 3rd Sunday of the month at 11:00 am.

The junior club is on Thursday afternoons from 4:00 till 6:00pm starting in May until the clocks change back in October.
 
The courts are available for hire to non-club members by arrangement with "Fruit Cakes" the bakery in the Town square. To use the courts outside shop hours then please contact either 01451-860903 or 01451-860548.
