The next Town Council meeting is on Wednesday 25th November at 7pm in the Westwoods Centre. Everyone is welcome and there is an opportunity to ask questions. Town handyman vacancy

Northleach with Eastington Town Council is looking for a new Handyman for the parish. Brian Hulcup will be hanging up his tools at the end of the year and the Council would like to thank him for all his input over the last few years. The role is part time and averages around 10 hours a month. The work involves some weekly, fortnightly and seasonal work. Some of the role is planned, with other jobs being allocated from the different committees and office as required. The job includes amongst other tasks, DIY, painting, strimming, weeding, bin emptying and routine maintenance work. The Town Council is looking for a person who is able to work on their own, is self-employed and flexible. All tools and equipment will be provided. Solar Park at Broadfield Farm

British Renewables presented plans to the Town Council in September for a solar park at Broadfield Farm, Eastington. The planning application is now in and comments should be made to Cotswold District Council by Thursday 5th November. There is a display of the plans in the Foyer at the Westwoods Centre.
